Meet Our Provider:

Katherine Mallette, ND

Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine

Dr. Mallette is a naturopathic physician and mother, who recently moved to the Virgin Islands from Seattle, Washington.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of San Francisco in Exercise and Sport Science and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University, a CNME accredited institution leading the field of natural medicine. Bastyr combines deep study in human sciences with cutting edge evidence-based medicine and ancient natural medical therapies to train a truly integrative doctor.

Dr. Mallette believes in the dynamic connection of the human body, mind, heart, and spirit, and the innate ability of each body to engage their own healing process.  Her work aims to help clients identify areas of imbalance within their own lives, and serve as a guide to reestablish a sound being.  In treatment, she begins with the foundations of health: nutrition, movement, time outside, and Vitamin R (rest and rejuvenation).  From there, will utilize botanical medicine, homeopathy, nutritional supplements, craniosacral and hydrotherapy, among other medicines as aids in the journey toward optimal health.

“I believe true health exists in freedom, rather than limitation and enjoy working with each patient to find their unique recipe for health”
