Allison (Alli) Hotka
Personal Trainer

Alli is a personal trainer with experience working with a wide range of clients with varying body types, fitness levels, physical abilities and goals.

Having recently transitioned from a 3 year role with the University of the Virgin Islands as the athletic trainer for the womens basketball team, mens basketball team, mens soccer team, cross country team, track & field team and weight lifting teams, Alli has opted to shift her passion for personal training and proper training techniques into her career as an independent personal trainer. She aims to make working out fun and approachable for all of her clients.

As a trainer, Alli focuses on each client individually. Once assessed, a custom workout regiment is designed for their body type and fitness goals. Alli has created programs for athletes, individuals focused on weightless, injury prevention, building strengths, and more.
Alli has been a resident of the Virgin Islands close to 4 years. She originally received her Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training from Xavier University in Cincinnati. After graduating, she completed her internship with the University of North Carolina at Charlotte NCAA Women’s softball team, the 49’ers. Upon completing her internship she transitioned back to school at Indiana College of Sports & Medical Massage where she completed an Associate Degrees in Sports and Medical Massage. While there she also worked for Marion University managing their training room and training several of their collegiate sports teams.
Shortly after completing her new degrees, Alli moved here to the territory where she has done extensive work with the UVI teams and outreach work with the U.S. Virgin Islands and British Virgin Islands National teams.
